Executive Leadership and History:

Freddy Djogo, is a successful entrepreneur from the Ivory Coast, based in Austin, Texas. In summer 2010, he moved to the U.S. and started studying at the University of Toledo in Ohio. By 2016, he had already earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting. The same year, he founded Refund Express, initially a tax preparation business. Few years later, he added additional services such as tax planning and wealth management/budgeting. In 2023, Freddy decided to use his platform to promote Pan-Africanism and Black excellence. He dreams to see all Black communities around the world united and thriving financially. Nothing is impossible but everything is a marathon! In April 2024, Refund Express LLC officially became Wari Express LLC.

Mission: Wari Express has three missions:

Mission 1 - Leveraging the tax code to the fullest extent for my clients that are living in the U.S.; My goal is to help my clientele securing their wealth by teaching them tax avoidance strategies so they can stop overpaying taxes.

Mission 2 – Teaching global wealth management/budgeting principles to my clientele living across the world so they can become financially stable and build generational wealth.

Mission 3 – I’m originally from the Ivory Coast, but globally I belong to the African diaspora. For years, I saw my community going thru financial and societal hardships all around the globe. I’m exhausted to see us at the bottom of the scale. My mission is to unite us all and put an end to poverty within the community. Without unity and financial knowledge, poverty will always beat us.
